???? Eligibility & Age Limit (as on 01/01/2027)

Post Name: Junior Chemist (Mines & Geology Department)

Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry (Post Graduation) from a recognized University in India.

Knowledge: Working knowledge of Hindi (Devnagri Script) and Rajasthan Culture is mandatory.

Age Limit: 20-40 Years. Relaxation as per Rajasthan State Rules.

???? Scheme of Examination & Marks

The examination will carry 150 Marks and include multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
  • Part A (General Knowledge of Rajasthan): 40 Questions / 40 Marks
  • Part B (Subject Concerned - Chemistry): 110 Questions / 110 Marks
  • Duration: 2 Hours 30 Minutes
  • Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

????️ Selection Process

1. Written Competitive Examination: Merit will be prepared based on marks obtained in this exam.
2. Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents.
3. Final Merit List: Released after successful DV and category-wise cutoff.
